Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Council Bluffs is seeking a Table Games Supervisor focusing on Baccarat and high-limit environments. You will supervise pit games, ensure game integrity, payouts accuracy, and guest service excellence.

Key duties include monitoring up to eight table games, mentoring Team Members, and enforcing regulatory and company policies to maintain trust and loyalty among guests.

Qualifications

• 2 years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role, Baccarat experience required.
• Good oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English and be bilingual in at least one of Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all pit games in assigned pit, up to eight table games.
• Expert level knowledge of Baccarat rules and game protection.
• Verify and maintain all table games assets including chip count, equipment, cards, dice, etc.
• Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count.
• Inspect card decks prior to play.
• Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
• Monitor bets and payouts and correct as needed.
• Complete rating cards for players.
• Initiate and verify fills to tables.
• Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints with a focus on "saving face" and maintaining long-term player loyalty.
• Performance management of Team Members including coaching, training and development, documentation, appraisals.
• Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations; role models policies and procedures.
• Provide support and insight for continuous improvement of the Baccarat experience for service and financial success.
• Presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.
• Other duties as assigned.
