Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee the operation of multiple table games on assigned shifts. You will collaborate with the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager to implement service strategies, manage comps and expenses, and drive profitability.

The role requires leadership in gaming operations, ensuring daily integrity and compliance with policies, while developing staff to enhance performance and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods throughout shift.
• Physically mobile with able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of up to six table games on an assigned shift.
• Works with the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager on strategies for customer service, comping and expenses.
• Provides visible leadership in gaming operation areas.
• Ensures overall integrity of daily operations in your section.
• Drives improved results through staff development and training programs.
