Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer with 1 year of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of table games operations and casino policies.
• Ability to oversee dealers, enforce rules and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment for the guests.
• Supervise, coach, instruct and direct dealers in proper procedures of table games operations and rules.
• Ensure dealers provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service while maintaining game integrity.
• Protect and maintain integrity of games, currency, cheques, chips, and equipment.
• Track and document play, review player ratings, and manage credits as needed.
• Complete reports, card inventories, and communicate with supervisors and guests.
• Coordinate with surveillance and shift manager on suspicious transactions and win/loss levels.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, and optimize pit utilization; adjust table min/max.
• Adhere to game controls and dealer/supervisor manuals; assign duties accordingly.
