Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking full-time Table Games Floor Supervisors to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional guest experience on the floor.

You will make table decisions, protect game integrity, and provide prompt, courteous service to players. Must be 21+, able to obtain a state gaming license, and have at least two years of supervisory and poker dealing experience. Weekend and overtime availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and poker dealing experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make table decisions as necessary based on rules.
• Protect the integrity of games through observation and procedures.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players.
• Handle guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of unusual requests or plays.
