Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking full-time Table Games Floor Supervisors to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional guest experience on the floor.

You will make table decisions, protect game integrity, and provide prompt, courteous service to players. Must be 21+, able to obtain a state gaming license, and have at least two years of supervisory and poker dealing experience. Weekend and overtime availability required.

Delaware North Gaming is searching forfull-time Table Games Floor Supervisors to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience.

Pay

$30.00 - $30.00 / hour

More about you

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experienceMust be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• No college degree required

• Ability to periodically lift up to 40 pounds
