Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Table Games Floor Supervisors at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, maintain game integrity, and deliver a professional guest experience.

Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain gaming license, with at least 2 years supervisory and professional poker dealing experience. Weekend and overtime availability required; college degree not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Make table decisions as necessary based on rules
• Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players
• Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays
