Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor for Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role oversees daily operations, enforces rules, and ensures a smooth, courteous guest experience at our table games.

The position offers weekly pay, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain a state gaming license, and have supervisory experience plus professional poker dealing.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 6 months of poker dealing experience.
• Ability to demonstrate the standard level of skills in the games offered at the facility.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Make table decisions as necessary based on rules.
• Protect the integrity of games through observation and following procedures.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players.
• Handle guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of unusual requests or plays.
