Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort in the United States seeks a capable Gaming Floor Supervisor to help oversee daily operations within the Gaming department. You will supervise slot machines and staff, ensure guest experiences meet standards, and manage escalated issues efficiently.

You must have table games experience, strong communication, and a proven record of guest service. Willingness to work varied shifts, pass background checks, and obtain required gaming licenses is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot machines and slot floor staff in assigned area and communicate with shift manager about guest or employee issues.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Organize shift with daily assignments, break schedules, and staffing levels.
• Verify payouts, booth transactions, and monitor security of funds.
• Assist in training, discipline, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Promote departmental and property-wide promotions and provide outstanding guest service.
