Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, MD is hiring a Floorperson-Slot for the grave shift (1:00am–9:00am). You will monitor slot machines, process jackpot wins, and assist with payouts and ticket paper to keep the floor in constant operation.

The role requires strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to read and follow gaming regulations. You will report to the Gaming Supervisor and work a flexible schedule, with opportunities for tips, benefits, and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience preferred.
• Able to pass background check.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Process jackpot wins and notify the Shift Supervisor as needed.
• Payout of hand-paid jackpots in accordance with policy.
• Keep slot machines stocked with ticket paper to maintain operation.
• Service minor machine and printer malfunctions.
• Notify supervisors of guest needs and maintain guest relations.
• Maintain floor security by reporting suspicious activity.
• Stay informed on local gaming laws and internal controls.
