Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have degree or experience as described.
• ABLe liquor license required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Osage Nation Gaming license required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference apply.

Responsibilities

• Communicate company information to staff and conduct bi-weekly One-on-One meetings.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage during shortages.
• Inspect and maintain workstations and equipment and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Reactivate all out-of-order machines on the casino floor promptly.
• Provide training and orientation for new staff and mentors as needed.
• Oversee guest service and regulatory compliance across duties.
