Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Floor Supervisor in Wayland, MI. You will oversee Table Games operations, support dealers, and enforce game rules and internal controls to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Surveillance, ensuring asset protection, coaching Dealers, and maintaining staffing levels to meet game pace and guest satisfaction. Must be 21+, with prior Table Games leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years in Table Games operations
• 1 year in Dual Rate Dealer position or higher
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
• Flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities

• Promote Gun Lake Casino Resort's Un unsurpassed Service standards
• Manage assets and ensure asset protection in assigned area
• Enforce house rules and game rules; monitor betting limits
• Issue complimentaries to support profitability
• Assist with Table Games Dealer duties as needed
• Collaborate with Surveillance and Compliance to safeguard operations
• Maintain internal controls and audit procedures for gaming chips, equipment, cards
• Complete player evaluations and ratings
• Develop and coach Dealers for performance and growth
• Monitor staffing to ensure adequate coverage
• Identify and address operational deficiencies and opportunities
• Explain and interpret house rules to guests
• Notify management of suspected cheaters or irregular play
• Perform all other duties as assigned
