Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort is hiring a Floor Supervisor to oversee Table Games and floor staff in a fast-paced casino environment. You will ensure operational integrity, supervise dealers, and enforce internal controls while delivering top-notch guest service.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory Table Games experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. Hours vary by schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a Floor Supervisor or dual-rate supervisor.
• 3+ years Table Games experience in BJ, MB and carnival games.
• Supervisory experience to motivate and direct staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability logs for chips, cards, and gaming equipment.
• Evaluate Dealers and Supervisors for efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Disciplinary actions and mobility recommendations for staff.
• Monitor table fills/credit requests and cash/chip transactions.
• Identify suspicious activity and communicate to management promptly.
• Assist Security and Shift Manager in handling disturbances.
• Attend training and protect assets per policies; maintain attendance records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and staff.
