Job summary

Spotlight 29 Casino is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee dealer activities, ensure the Five Star Experience for guests and team members, and maintain game integrity on the gaming floor.

Responsibilities include coaching dealers, protecting casino assets, coordinating with surveillance, and enforcing policies. Must pass drug screens, background check, and obtain Tribal Gaming License; several positions may require flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year experience as dealer, supervisor, or dual-rate dealer/supervisor.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and tracking system concepts.
• Advanced skill levels on and knowledge of electronic tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Lead by example and uphold our Five Star Experience for Guests and Team Members through our Mission Statement and service standards.
• Continually coach and support Team Members with the skills and resources to complete their jobs.
• Accountable for protecting casino assets and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Ensure player ratings are completed accurately according to guidelines.
• Serve as reference to department policies on the gaming floor.
• Maintain game integrity, proper rack management, and game protection.
• Maintain communication with surveillance and verify accuracy of games with fast, precise arbitration.
• Order credits and fills in the gaming area according to policy.
• Report security issues to Shift Manager and analyze gaming activity for direction.
• Examine procedures for efficiency and adherence to policies; improve play.
• Foster harmony among dealers and a positive work environment.
• Maintain the appearance of Table Games area; handle disputes and overpayments.
• Comply with Title 31, MICS, and TICS.
• Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to guests and vendors.
• Attend safety meetings and training; perform other duties as assigned.
