Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior leadership role in gaming preferred.
• Two years’ related gaming experience, with six months in lead/supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of casino card games or training/certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal, guest service, detail orientation and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees table games dealers, counseling and training staff as needed.
• Maintains game integrity and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitors service levels and provides exceptional guest service.
• Documents, analyzes and reports on daily table games activity.
• Safeguards casino assets and reports deviations to management.
• Maintains accurate inventory of table games supplies and performs monthly counts.
