Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Table Games Trainee in Baltimore, MD. This role will train you to become a Table Games Dealer starting with Blackjack. You'll learn crucial skills regarding gaming procedures, regulations, and achieving performance metrics.

Upon completing training, there's a potential to transition from part-time to full-time with a starting hourly pay of $24.00. A $2,000 bonus will be awarded after three months of dealing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have two valid forms of ID ready before training ends.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts after graduating.

• Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls and Maryland Lottery Gaming Control Commission regulations
• Learn to achieve dealer efficiency metrics
• Learn how to protect and control the game
• Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a GED or diploma
• Must have two valid forms of ID ready before training ends
• Must be able to work overnight shifts after graduating
• Excellent communication skills
• Start as a part‑time dealer with the opportunity to become full‑time, starting at $24.00 hourly

Training Information

Training starts Monday, July 6th and lasts five weeks, ending August 7th. Classes run Monday through Friday, with options for 10:00 am–2:00 pm or 2:00 pm–6:00 pm schedules.
