Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Evansville, IN is seeking a casino table game dealer to operate and conduct a specific game, following house rules and state regulations. You will exchange currency for chips, payout winning wagers, and ensure game protection. The job requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and conduct of a particular table game.
• Knowledge of rules, policies and procedures of assigned game.
• Must be able to perform technical and functional gaming procedures as per policy and the state gaming regulations.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules.
• Ability to make proper pay outs for winning wagers on assigned game.
• Maintain proper game protection of assigned game.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must maintain excellent attendance. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from the class and will not be permitted to audition for employment as a dealer.
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (5+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
