Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Table Games Trainee in Baltimore, MD. This role will train you to become a Table Games Dealer starting with Blackjack. You'll learn crucial skills regarding gaming procedures, regulations, and achieving performance metrics.

Upon completing training, there's a potential to transition from part-time to full-time with a starting hourly pay of $24.00. A $2,000 bonus will be awarded after three months of dealing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have two valid forms of ID ready before training ends.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts after graduating.

Responsibilities

• Learn the knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls.
• Learn to achieve dealer efficiency metrics.
• Learn how to protect and control the game.
• Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips.
