The role emphasizes accuracy, strong customer service, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Union-represented position with shift flexibility; on-site work at our Maryland property.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year as a casino dealer OR certification from an accredited dealer school.
- Experience dealing Black Jack, Craps or Roulette and knowledge of novelty games.
- Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule; may require extended hours.
- Must obtain and maintain license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Earning potential: hourly + tip rate of mid $50,000 for full-time hours.
- Dealing the game.
- Controlling gaming cards and equipment.
- Engaging with guests.
- Paying wins/Taking losses.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variation in play.
- Protect company assets by monitoring guests’ movements at table at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to:
- Speak English clearly, listen and follow directions.
- Accurately complete paperwork and forms.
- Use chips, cards, and a paddle.
- Complete, perform and understand basic mathematical functions.
- Perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
- Knowledge of:
- Specified games and gaming regulations.
- Money and chips designations
- Theft techniques.
- Company policy and procedures, IRS Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience as a casino dealer OR certification from an accredited dealer school.
- Experience dealing at least two (2) of the following games: Black Jack, Craps or Roulette and working knowledge of novelty games.
- Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

- 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.

Please note that this is a union-represented position and scheduling is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Team Members may be required to participate in shift bids, and shift assignments may change based on operational requirements and Team Member seniority.
