Requirements include being 21+, possessing a Nevada Gaming Control Card, and a polished appearance. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a Four Diamond resort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Nevada Gaming Control Card required.
• Able to consistently perform the 5 minimum interactive standards.
• Able to deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Must have excellent guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Must adhere to all appearance standards (no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service while dealing table games.
• Deal blackjack and other table games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow and Three Card Poker.
• Craps and Baccarat is a plus.
• Be a reliable team member and follow assigned shifts.
• Accept coaching positively and be a team player.
• Promote the Club Paradise Card to capture new guests.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal communication with guests and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Ideal applicant must be committed to providing exceptional guest service.
• Deal Pitch Black-Jack and additional Table Games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow and Three Card Poker.
• Craps and Baccarat is also a plus!
• Be a reliable Team Member and show up to assigned shifts.
• Be a reliable team player and accept coaching on a positive manner.
• Be able to capture new guests by promoting the Club Paradise Card.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Other assignments as assigned my management.
