Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada is seeking a table game dealer to provide exceptional service while dealing craps, blackjack, roulette and other games. You will promote the Monarch Rewards Card and ensure a welcoming guest experience in a luxury gaming environment.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a Nevada Gaming Control Card, capable of handling multiple games with accuracy, and maintaining a neat appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21; Nevada Gaming Control Card required.
• Ability to deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Excellent guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Adherence to appearance standards (no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors).

Responsibilities

• Deal craps, blackjack, and other table games as assigned.
• Promote Monarch Rewards Card and capture new guests.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain professional interactions.
• Be reliable and punctual for assigned shifts; welcome coaching.

Responsibilities

• Ideal applicant must be committed to providing exceptional guest service.


• Deal Craps, Pitch Black-Jack and additional Table Games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow and Three Card Poker.


• Baccarat is also a plus!


• Be a reliable Team Member and show up to assigned shifts.


• Positively accept coaching.


• Be able to capture new guests by promoting the Monarch Rewards Card.


• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.


• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.


• Other assignments as assigned by management.


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk; and hear.


• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

• Be able to consistently perform the 5 minimum interactive standards.


• Be able to deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.


• Must have excellent guest service skills and professional demeanor.


• Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no \"visible\" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
