Job summary

Toast seeks a Principal TA Systems Architect to own and optimize the TA tech stack, primarily Greenhouse, GoodTime, and BrightHire. You will integrate TA tools with HRIS, background checks, and sourcing systems while ensuring security, privacy, and compliance across the stack.

You will lead roadmap-driven improvements, manage vendor relationships, and drive automation and reporting. Hybrid work model with a focus on scalable, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning ATS at scale (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong requirements gathering, translating needs into technical solutions, and delivering them end-to-end.
• Deep admin expertise in at least one core recruiting platform and ability to learn quickly on new ones.
• Fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and middleware tooling (IPaaS) to connect TA systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the TA tech stack and top-tier admin duties for Greenhouse, GoodTime, and BrightHire.
• Manage integrations between TA systems and HRIS, background checks, sourcing, and offer tooling.
• Lead change management: sandbox testing, release notes, and user communications.
• Build TA roadmaps and partner with stakeholders to reduce manual work.
• Evaluate new AI-enabled recruiting tools with rigorous pilots and security reviews.
