Job summary

Toast is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role. You will own end-to-end recruitment, ensuring strong candidate pools, a positive experience, and alignment with hiring needs across R&D and G&A.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners, data-driven decision making, and delivering diverse pipelines while maintaining efficiency and equity in the search process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting across R&D and/or G&A.
• Proficient with recruitment data and metrics to impact decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast’s R&D and/or G&A.
• Review high inbound application volume using the ATS and identify top candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and drive decisions.
• Build relationships with hiring managers through regular syncs and clear communication.
• Provide creative recruitment solutions and adapt strategies to market conditions.
