Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to oversee the TA technology stack, data reporting, and workflow automation. You will partner with IT, HR, and vendors to optimize Greenhouse configurations, integrations, and onboarding processes.

The role focuses on improving recruiter efficiency and candidate experience through analytics and automation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in TA operations, strong analytical skills, and experience building dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition operations, recruiting ops, HR operations, analytics, or related field.
• Experience owning or managing recruiting systems and operational programs.
• Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience required.
• Experience building dashboards, reports and KPIs for TA/HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Keeper’s talent acquisition technology stack, including Greenhouse, integrations, assessment platforms, reporting tools and workflow automation.
• Maintain Greenhouse data integrity, workflows, configurations, permissions and process discipline.
• Partner with IT, HR, vendors and stakeholders for updates, integrations and issue resolution.
• Create and monitor talent acquisition KPIs and metrics to support team performance and hiring goals.
• Build and share reports and dashboards for TA, HR, Finance and leadership.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation projects using tools like Workato.
