Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent for a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and excels at building strong candidate experiences, sourcing strategies, and delivering trusted talent advice throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare, corporate, technology, or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for a variety of professional-level roles.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams.
• Manage offer development and negotiation in partnership with hiring managers and Human Resources.
• Additional duties as assigned.
