Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles across multiple U.S. sites, including high-volume surges.

You will design and lead an intern/co-op program, build campus partnerships, drive employer branding, and use data analytics to forecast headcount and optimize processes, while upholding the highest recruiting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience and training considered.
• 4 to 6 years of related talent acquisition / full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, factory, engineering, technical, and corporate roles across multiple U.S. sites.
• Design, launch, and oversee a comprehensive intern/co-op program with sourcing, onboarding, and conversion to full-time hires.
• Establish and nurture campus and community partnerships to build sustainable candidate pipelines.
• Plan and execute employer branding, recruitment marketing campaigns, career fairs, and networking events.
• Track recruiting KPIs and collaborate with hiring managers on headcount planning, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Support broader HR programs including onboarding enhancement and internal career mobility initiatives.
