Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute recruitment across multiple U.S. sites, spanning manufacturing and engineering operations.

You will balance hands-on, full-cycle recruiting with strategic workforce planning and an impactful intern/co-op program. Qualified candidates will have 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong skills in ATS/HRIS, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition/full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multi-site roles across manufacturing, factory, engineering, and corporate support.
• Design, lead, and oversee a company-wide intern/co-op program.
• Build partnerships with technical schools, colleges, universities, and industry groups to create pipelines.
• Plan and execute employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, and events to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and work with leadership on headcount planning and process optimization.
• Support broader HR programs including onboarding enhancements and internal mobility.
