TDK-Lambda Americas is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles across multiple U.S. sites.

You will design and oversee an intern/co-op program, build university partnerships, and drive employer branding to scale our workforce with business growth. The role requires 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience in technical environments, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field; practical equivalent considered.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing/engineering settings.
• Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-site recruiting.
• Experience designing intern/co-op programs and campus partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles across multiple U.S. sites.
• Design, launch, and manage an intern/co-op program and align projects with business needs.
• Build campus and industry partnerships to sustain candidate pipelines.
• Plan employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, and events.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and support headcount planning with hiring managers.
• Support talent development, onboarding enhancements, and internal mobility.
