TDK-Lambda Americas is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles across multiple U.S. sites.

You will design and drive an intern/co‑op program, build campus and community partnerships, and champion our employer brand to scale our workforce with growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience and training considered.
• 4 to 6 years of related talent acquisition / full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing/engineering/technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, factory, engineering, technical, and corporate roles across multi-site US sites, including high-volume surges.
• Intern & Co-op Program Leadership: Design, launch, and oversee a comprehensive intern/co-op program, sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluations, and conversions.
• Campus & Community Partnerships: Build relationships with technical schools, colleges, universities, trade organizations, and professional associations to develop pipelines.
• Employer Branding & Outreach: Plan branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, career fairs, and events to position as an employer of choice.
• Workforce Planning & Data Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and partner with managers on headcount planning and optimization.
• Strategic HR Initiatives: Support talent development, onboarding improvement, and internal mobility to drive retention.
