Gilder Search Group is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Lexington, MA. This on-site role supports the TA team with interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and ATS data management to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating multiple schedules in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills to support hiring managers and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week and be on-site 3–4 days per week.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate with candidates regarding schedules, locations, travel, and logistics.
• Meet and greet candidates on-site and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist the TA team with moving candidates through the ATS and maintaining records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team.
