Retail Assistant Manager

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $13.00 - $16.00.

Responsibilities

As a T‑Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and drives business success. Your role includes inspiring and motivating the team, coaching them on the sales floor, encouraging learning opportunities, and analyzing team performance.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and or move 20 lbs.
