Job summary

Helprise is seeking a T&E Analyst to provide temporary support for a project lasting up to two months. The role focuses on reconciling corporate credit card transactions and supporting the reconciliation of prepayments.

The position offers flexible work arrangements and multiple contract models, including employment contract and B2B agreements. Ideal candidates will have experience in Accounts Payable and T&E processes, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills;

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.
• Experience with account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to financial data.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively on a short-term assignment.
• Greek language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with employees regarding outstanding expense report submissions.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled expense-related balances.
• Support the reconciliation of prepayments in the system.
• Cooperate with the finance team to ensure outstanding balances are cleared efficiently.
