Accounts Payable & Treasury Process Support Consultant - Remote

Diverse Technology, Inc. (DTI) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.

About the role: DTI is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Treasury Process Support Consultant to join our team on a 3-month contract supporting a leading public utility client. This role focuses on vendor invoice Созacches and payment scenarios from both Accounts Payable andଳ Treasury perspectives, with an emphasis on accurate cash flow-update you 'amp; hina 'what‑if' analysis to support critical business decisions. Must work on our W2. May require travel to White Plains, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor invoice and payment scenarios within the Accounts Payable process to ensure accurate and timely processing for a large public utility organization.
• Provide expert input on how AP and Treasury data can be leveraged to develop detailed cash flow forecasts, including scenario planning and “what‑if” modeling.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to document functional and technical specifications, unit testing plans ಹೇಳಿದರು, and other project lifecycle deliverables.
• Clearly communicate complex payment and forecasting concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• (Optional) Assist with testing and reporting using SAP ECC, BW, SAC, and Azure DevOps platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of vendor invoice & payment scenarios from both Accounts Payable and Treasury perspectives.
• Proven ability to translate AP and Treasury processes into actionable cash flow forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, BW, and SAC solutions (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of functional specs, technical specs, unit testing, and the overall project development lifecycle.
• General awareness of the Azure DevOpskọta testing platform (optional).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
