Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking skilled T&D Estimators to join our team across the United States. The role involves preparing cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation projects, leading bidding activities, and collaborating with suppliers and customers.

This is a pipeline posting for current and future opportunities with MYR Group and subsidiaries. Qualifications include 2+ years for Estimator I, 5+ years for Estimator II, and 10+ years for Senior Estimator, plus relevant

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years estimating for Estimator I.
• Minimum 5 years estimating for Estimator II.
• Minimum 10 years estimating for Senior Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Complete cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation projects.
• Develop complex estimates with minimal errors/omissions.
• Lead estimate reviews with stakeholders and manage bidding activities.
• Perform material takeoffs and solicit vendor pricing and subcontractor proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and field walks as required.
