Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Systems Test Engineer at Level 3 or 4 to design and deliver test artifacts for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense program. You will work within the ATV team to verify requirements and ensure system integrity.

Responsibilities include developing software/hardware test artifacts in an Agile environment, and collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced setting while maintaining DoD clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience with SDLC components including design, development, integration, testing, or deployment.
• Proficiency with DOORS for requirements management; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Fisheye/Crucible/Bitbucket.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and in teams; active DoD Secret clearance; on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Build systems engineering and test products related to verification at the system level.
• Develop software and hardware test artifacts in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced setting to meet project goals.
