Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration BU invites a Systems Engineer - Level 3 or 4 to join our MBSE team in Huntsville, AL. You will transform customer specifications into verifiable requirements and support the Ground Weapons System program for the Missile Defense Agency.

Required are a STEM degree with several years of related experience; DoD Secret clearance; on-site work; and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's STEM degree with 5+ years experience (or Master's 3+ years, or PhD with 1 year)
• Level 4 requires 8+ years (or Master's 6+ years, or PhD 4+ years)
• 2+ years of requirements decomposition and management

Responsibilities

• Decompose customer specifications into verifiable requirements using DOORS.
• Develop verification strategies detailing how we will verify derived requirements and what data is required.
• Own requirement packages and lead reviews with Product Teams, SMEs, and the Customer to baseline packages.
