Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM from an accredited university; 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3 years or PhD option.
• Electrical Engineer Level 4 requires 8 years with Bachelor’s, or 5 years with Master’s, or 4 years with PhD.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Active in-scope U.S. Government Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience with E3 and HEMP testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses per industry and military standards under leadership guidance.
• Lead design efforts and develop technical reports for milestone reviews.
• Provide leadership in meetings and demos; document progress on dashboards.
• Review and generate engineering documentation, including drawings, specs, and test reports.
• Mentor junior engineers in analysis methods and approve results.
