Job summary

Sierra Central Credit Union is seeking a Systems Support Supervisor to lead the Systems Support team and ensure the reliable operation of core processing systems, ATM networks, and related technology services. You will guide performance, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships to align technology with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of enterprise IT experience, including supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise systems or IT environments.
• Prior supervisory, lead, project coordination, or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Systems Support staff including workload and performance management.
• Establish priorities, service standards, and procedures for effective operations.
• Oversee administration, availability, performance, and maintenance of core processing systems and related tech.
• Lead testing, implementation, and documentation of software updates and upgrades.
• Manage ATM operations, payment systems, and vendor-supported services.
• Lead technology projects with planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
