Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, middleware and incident management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for core banking systems performance, availability and reliability.
• Provide operational support for transactions, account management, loans and payments.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks with analysts; assess gaps and improvements.
