CFBHN in Tampa, FL is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to manage information systems and IT initiatives, ensuring reliable infrastructure and user support. You will implement and maintain the SharePoint/AD/Exchange environments, assist with security, backups, and HIPAA compliance, and troubleshoot issues to keep systems available for staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of IT infrastructure experience or equivalent.
• A+, Network+, Security+ certifications preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and funder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, data, imaging and licensing.
• Support SharePoint, Active Directory and Exchange environments.
