Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of test technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Soldering and de-soldering skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time.
• Ability to read drawings and instructions.
• On-site attendance in the office required.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibrate Supermicro/OEM RMA products and final assemblies.
• Follow drawings, written and verbal instructions to complete work.
• Determine job status and material requirements.
• Reference procedures and specifications for proposed changes.
• Physically locate job materials in the test/calibration area.
• Report defective parts to RMA Repair Database.
• Provide onsite customer support as needed.
• GPU skills and knowledge are a plus.
