Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Manager, System Repair and Test to lead the repair and RMA operations for server, storage, and system-level hardware. The role owns throughput, quality, and turnaround time and partners with engineering, supply chain, and customer support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily repair and RMA operations from diagnosis through rework and final test.
• Lead, schedule, and develop the repair technician team.
• Own repair metrics: turnaround time, yield, scrap rate, and cost per unit.
• Drive root-cause analysis on recurring failures and close the loop with engineering and quality.
• Manage spare parts and component availability to protect throughput.
• Maintain work instructions, repair documentation, and ESD and floor-safety compliance.
• Coordinate escalations and priority units with customer support and account teams.
