RTX in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an onsite Software Systems Quality Engineer II to support Land & Air Defense Systems. You will collaborate with software, systems, and test teams to ensure quality and compliance across lifecycle.

Responsibilities include reviewing deliverables, participating in peer reviews and control boards, and monitoring metrics. A STEM degree and security clearance are required, with 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2 years of Quality or Engineering experience.
• Two years' experience across Agile, Testing, Requirements, Software, Defects, Release, Metrics and Analysis.

Responsabilités

• Review of Document Deliverables (CDRL), Command Media (Policies), SW Release Packages (Windchill PDM, Azure DevOps), SW Requirements Changes, SW/System Defects, SW Pulls (Code Reviews), Media, and Test Artifacts.
• Participation in Peer Reviews (SW, SE), Control Boards (CCB, SRB), Tracking Books (Metrics), Test Witnessing (SQT, FQT), and Audits.
