Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced engineering analyst in Huntsville, AL to perform system-level performance analysis for Missile Defense programs. The role requires an active secret clearance and 8+ years in STEM fields, with strong MATLAB/Python skills and data-analysis tooling experience.

Responsibilities include developing analysis approaches, producing SEA inputs, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with systems engineering test analysis for Missile Defense System.
Experience with MATLAB and Python.
Knowledge of MDS tools and data analysis.
Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL; experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Represent SE&IT in support of MDA/DE-SEA and the MDA Joint Analysis Team.
Perform system-level performance analysis of test data across HWIL, Flight Test, and events.
Develop methods and tools for system and element-level performance analysis.
Produce analysis results and inputs for SEA test reports.
Present findings during mission data reviews.
Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Warfighters, and test organizations to ensure tests meet technical intent.
