Job summary

Old Dominion Mechanical is seeking an ERP Specialist to work onsite at our Henrico, VA office. This role involves leading the implementation and support of BuildOps and Sage Intacct, ensuring optimization across business operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for system administration, analyzing workflows and recommending improvements. Experience with ERP systems, particularly BuildOps and Sage Intacct, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP, accounting, or field service management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues independently.
• Experience with software implementation and change management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of BuildOps and Sage Intacct.
• Serve as the primary internal administrator and subject matter expert for both platforms.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for system users across departments.
