The role focuses on configuring and maintaining Acumatica, creating Generic Inquiries and Import Scenarios, and driving automation across construction workflows to enhance visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on ERP consulting, analysis, or administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of Acumatica Project Accounting and construction operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Generic Inquiries, Import Scenarios, and Acumatica data structures.
• Experience with system integrations, reporting, SQL, and data management (4+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Acumatica ERP, Procore, and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Import Scenarios, Business Events, and custom reporting solutions.
• Analyze processes and data to identify automation opportunities.
• Support project accounting, job costing, billing, and financial reporting in construction operations.
• Partner with teams to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, integrations, and workflows while ensuring data accuracy.
• Create documentation and training materials for Acumatica & Procore users.
