Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a Construction Application Analyst to optimize enterprise tech including Procore and integrations. You will own system performance, partner with business leaders outside IT, and build solutions using APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI to keep project teams running efficiently.

The role requires a problem-solving mindset, continuous improvement, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer-focused field.
• Some AI experience and fluency is required.
• 2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects with cloud apps and working with developers.
• Ability to solve complex issues via root-cause analysis.
• Cloud systems implementation and support experience.
• Strong communication across departments outside IT.
• Ability to anticipate needs and plan accordingly.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering a delivery plan.
• Be a self-starter, driving improvements with technology.
• Familiarity with construction industry accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Enterprise applications such as Procore and integrations.
• Provide system monitoring and end-user support for Operations systems.
• Prioritize, resolve issues, and propose future enhancements.
• Monitor, fix bugs and lead improvement projects with integrations.
• Assist with creating training and documentation materials.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to deliver solutions for Operations.
• Research system advancements and drive implementations with iPaaS, APIs, and Postman.
• Coordinate gathering of business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
• Apply entrepreneurial, disciplined problem solving to deliver results.
