Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Manager to oversee the LM400 AI&T Electrical Test team, ensuring schedule and performance commitments are met. The role involves leading test activities, coordinating with programs and senior leadership, and maintaining readiness of ground support equipment and test software.

The ideal candidate has a strong space vehicle test background, a related bachelor's degree, and is prepared for a fast-paced environment with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in high-value hardware manufacturing/testing, incl. test plans, procedures and scripts
• Full Spectrum Leadership with strong oral, written and presentation skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and schedules
• Willingness to work overtime in a 24/7 operations environment
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Supervise a subset of the Electrical Test Engineering team and ensure readiness of ground support equipment, test procedures, and test software
• Be part of the Electrical Test leadership team to raise and resolve issues with programs, other AI&T teams, and senior leadership
• Prepare inputs to schedules and status reviews
• Manage planning, execution, and evaluation of major system and subsystem test activities
• Oversee processes for major technical meetings, ROMs, proposals, and studies
• Review LM Space Command Media related to test for program compliance
