Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced engineer to plan, implement, test, and maintain integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components. You will translate customer needs into test solutions, develop comprehensive test plans, and coordinate activities across programs and organizations to verify system performance.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant engineering experience, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with data analysis and system integration methodology.
• Familiarity with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read wiring schematics and hardware drawings.
• Must be able to attain a SECRET level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, and document system integration and testing.
• Synthesize customer needs into test solutions within constraints.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems.
• Coordinate testing with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing.
