Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Systems & Integration Test Engineering Manager to lead a team of test engineers and oversee integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components. You will develop test plans and schedules for complete systems and coordinate with Operations and Factories to ensure equipment supports programs.

Required are a STEM degree, 5+ years in Test Engineering, team leadership, and an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Test Engineering.
• Experience leading test teams and programs.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience with production test equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test engineers and oversee integration and testing of components and subsystems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems.
• Recruit, train, and assess team performance; manage career development.
• Partner with Operations and Factories to ensure test equipment supports the program.
• Direct Test Equipment Design, Integration, Verification, and Validation.
• Drive test equipment yield improvements.
• Develop BOEs and support proposals.
