Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer (Level 2) to join our Courtland, AL team. This role provides technical oversight in support of harness testing in a production environment for cutting-edge aerospace programs.

The position is on the second shift (Tue-Fri 15:30-02:00) with potential overtime based on schedule and equipment availability. You will develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement in test operations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to write technical documents and execute test procedures.
• Ability to read/mechanic and electrical drawings and schematics.
• US citizen capable of obtaining Secret clearance.
• Strong attention to detail; produce technical docs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate test requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules.
• Provide troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for production problems.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase throughput.
